Organization Tenant Name - can be from 8-20 characters or numbers. No Spaces. The only special characters permitted in the Tenant Name are _ or -

Private Cloud Customers - When we launch your server you will have your own Web Site Name for your entire Organization. For example, https://demo.incidentanalytix.io. Indicate the prefix that you would like to use for your server. The prefix should be something that will apply to all of your sub-organizations (ex. demo).

When you login to your IncidentAnalytix site, you will need three pieces of information:

1. Organization Tenant Name
2. Username
3. Password

Administrator Username - This is the primary administrator for your account and will be the first login. The Username can be from 8-20 characters or numbers. The only special characters permitted are _ or -

Example: Al-b3t_E1nste1n

Administrator Password - we will assign you a temporary password to access the site. On your first login you will need to change your password. It must be at least 12 characters long and include at least one of each of these:

• number
• uppercase letter
• lowercase letter
• non-alphanumeric character
